In Advance Engineering Statistics (IE 4362), my group was tasked with identifying the best posture for students to study in. The PowerPoint below is the first presentation of the project, outlining what the basis of the project is and explaining the data that was collected.
At the end of the semester, during Senior Design (IE 4597), my group created a final report. Within the report, we outlined everything we did during the semester. The report starts off with an abstract and then goes into an Executive Summary. Following that are the Introduction and Background sections, followed by the Problem Description section. The Solution Methodology section describes how we went about designing the warehouse and how we calculated everything going into SAP ByDesign. The report also includes sections about data collection, our findings, our recommendations, and a Future Implementation and Assessment Work Plan. Attached below is the final report.
During Senior Design (IE 4597), part of my group's proposal was to deliver a "walk-through" model of the warehouse that we designed. The warehouse was designed based on the calculations that we made for the needs of each section of the warehouse. Below is the video we created of the model warehouse.
